3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Horse Pharma.
- Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
- Horse Pharma reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, with a full refund issued.
- Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Horse Pharma shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If goods are damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the pharmaceutical nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (reported within 48 hours).
- An incorrect product was shipped.
- The product fails our authenticity verification system.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. We do not accept returns for change of mind or products that have been opened or used.

Horse Pharma products are manufactured to pharmaceutical-grade standards. However, we make no therapeutic claims and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in humans.
